Marianne,
Youre not being intrusive at all for asking. Yes, Mr. Rochester and I have I deed been maintaining out friendship. We write to each other often but see each other very little I’m afraid.

Colonel Brandon! Oh this is wonderful, receiving a letter from Marianne, Elinor and now you! I’ve missed you all very dearly as well and I’m glad to say that little Charles and I are in excellent health. I do hope that you are also very well.

Elinor,
I must admit I’ve longed to speak with you again. I’m doing very well and so is little Charles. He is one year old now. I’ve not had much to do to stay busy but spend as much time with my baby boy as much as possible! He’s such a sweet child.
Marianne wrote to me and brought up the idea of her and Colonel Brandon holding a ball. Don’t you think that’d be wonderful Elinor? We could all finally see each other in person again!
Marianne,
How wonderful it is to be receiving a letter from you! Little Charles has grown so much! He’s one year old now. Do you think you and Colonel Brandon could hold another ball at Deladord? I would very much like to spend time there, for it’s been so lonelywith just little Charles and I.
Marianne! It’s so wonderful to hear from you again! It’s been such a long time since we have all conversed. I’m doing very well and little Charles and I are in the most excellent health, I thank you for inquiring. And you and Colonel Brandon? How are things at Delaford?
